Welcome to Kayz Tailoring. By accessing our website and using our tailoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.
Our Services
Kayz Tailoring provides bespoke tailoring services including:
Orders & Payments
Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed once we receive your deposit payment. A detailed order confirmation will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp.
Deposit Requirements
A deposit of 50% is required to commence work on your order. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, bank transfers, and mobile money payments. All prices are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise specified.
Fittings & Alterations
Initial Measurements
We take detailed measurements before starting your garment. Please ensure accuracy during this session.
Fitting Sessions
One fitting session is included in the price. Additional fittings may incur extra charges.
Post-Delivery Alterations
Minor alterations within 14 days of delivery are complimentary. Significant changes may incur additional costs.
Cancellations & Refunds
Important: Due to the custom nature of our work, all bespoke orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.
- Cancellations before production: Full deposit refund minus 10% administrative fee
- Cancellations after production starts: No refund available
- Ready-made items: Exchange or store credit within 7 days with original tags
Delivery & Collection
Standard delivery timelines vary based on the complexity of your order:
* Rush orders may be accommodated with additional charges. Delivery within Dar Es Salaam is available for an additional fee.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kayz Tailoring and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Kayz Tailoring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
